Background
Krishna Patidar, a Patwari from Madhya Pradesh, identified a major challenge faced by citizens who needed legal and government-related documents. Traditionally, users had to visit courts, stand in long queues, and pay typing charges to get legal forms prepared.
The process was time-consuming, expensive, and dependent on manual document preparation. To solve this problem, the client approached Bugsbon to build a mobile application that could automate document generation and connect users directly with Patwaris.

Legal documents required strict formatting, fonts, layouts, and dynamic content generation while maintaining legal validity.

Bugsbon designed and developed a complete mobile application called Saar App using Flutter, PHP, MySQL, and Firebase.
The application allowed users to:

Enter required personal information.
Generate legally formatted PDF documents automatically.
Make online payments.
Send completed applications directly to the selected Patwari.
A database containing approximately 17,000 Patwaris across Madhya Pradesh was integrated into the system to simplify document submission.
